BRIOCHE adalah benang rajut yang paling sering digunakan untuk membuat bucket hat. Berbahan soft acrylic (lebih lembut dari acrylic biasa), tekstur benang ini menyerupai Shokupan, namun lebih tebal dan lebih kuat. Cocok untuk pemula, dan bisa digunakan untuk merajut banyak banget tipe projek. Karena benang ini cukup besar, projek yang dibuat pun akan lebih cepat selesai.
